Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress code is Black-Tie Optional. Above all, we want our guests to feel comfortable! Ladies, feel welcome to wear black leggings and a nice top or a dress if you'd like. Please remember that the grass may be soft when choosing your footwear. Gentlemen, jeans and dress shirt would be wonderful! You're also welcome to wear more formal attire as well. Please no ripped jeans or t-shirts/golf shirts. Thank you! NOTE: We encourage you to bring a comfortable set of clothes to wear around a fire in the evening while we enjoy s'mores. This is entirely optional - we understand you may not want to wear your formal attire around the fire.

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be a buffet-style meal with an assortment of home cooked dishes. Dessert will follow dancing and we will have s'mores later in the evening.

Question

What's on the drink menu?

Answer

Coffee, tea, juice, water and pop will be available. We ask that you please bring your own alcoholic beverages should you wish to enjoy any.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Guests may arrive at 2:00 PM on September 9th, 2023. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 PM.

Question

What's the cell phone etiquette?

Answer

We ask that you please turn your cell phones off during the ceremony. Our photographer, Anna, will be sure to capture all of the special moments and we will ensure you all have plenty of photos to enjoy after the big day so there's no need to worry about taking your own.

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

There will be limited parking in the driveway that preferably can be left open for family members who may have trouble walking a few blocks to the house. Street parking is available on Cherry Street and McCarthy Street, a short block away. There is also a parking lot further down Charles Street East, right beside Dairy Queen, about a 5 minute walk away.
