YES, the theme and dress code is elegant formal.
Women elegant long dresses, or mid-length classy dresses. All solid colors Men suits, slacks, button ups. No jeans, or t-shirts.
DO NOT PUT MONEY IN THE ZOLA GIFT CARD. Everything in each registry can be bought wherever, these are just the items/brands we are interested in. Your presence is gift enough, but if you want to get us something the registry will give you an idea of what we want.
Limiting the guest list has been very difficult! We ask you make proper arrangements for your children unless specified otherwise. Please and thank you!
There are two hotels located near by the Fairfield and the Hyatt. There is also Airbnb's in the area if you want to go that option.

The venue is located about 30 mins outside of Salt Lake City. It is about a 9 hour drive from Sacramento, California and a 6 hour drive from Butte Montana. There is also an airport in Salt Lake City to fly into.
PLEASE ARRIVE 30 -45 MINS BEFORE THE CEREMONY. The ceremony starts at 3pm. We would love that all of our guest are seated before the ceremony starts. We cannot wait to celebrate with all our friends and family.
The Ceremony and Reception are at the same venue. Right after the ceremony cocktail hour will follow, and then the reception will be inside the Castle.
It is open seating, we are not separating sides for the groom and bride, you are all our family and friends. Although please be aware of the reserved seats for our parents and bridal party.
The Wedding is over at 10pm.
While we love you, you will not be able to attend.
If the person is not stated on the invitation, they unfortunately are not invited.

There will be vegetarian option, if there is a strict diet please let me know ahead of time, and we will see what we can do.
There will be alcohol, a bride and groom signature drink along with wine and beer. It will be an open bar. But tipping the bartender is greatly appreciated.

Photos are allowed everywhere BUT the CEREMONY. We are having an unplugged ceremony, please be present with us, we will give you the opportunity to take a photo during the ceremony, but please respect our special day. We also have a great photographer and videographer to capture our special day, so please let them get the best possible photos.

There will be a shuttle available from the Hyatt hotel to the wedding venue and back. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area. The Venue has a large parking lot for cars as well, just be safe and have a designated driver when going back to the hotel.
After the wedding we are going to a bowling ally near by. You are welcome to join if you want to.
