Shelby was at a Christmas party when a friend asked to go through her Hinge app. She was swiping left until she saw Logan and told Shelby she needed to meet up with him. This friend and Logan were friends back at good 'ol Purdue. Shelby agreed and first sent Logan a message on the app saying "Hi Joe Rogan" to which he replied "Which of my lovely friends do you know?" After a first date ending with Shelby winning at darts they quickly scheduled a second date.
