What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We please ask that you RSVP for the wedding by September 1, 2026. We do please ask that you mark on the invitation if you will be attending both the wedding ceremony and the reception or only the reception. Also, if you have any dietary restrictions please mark them on your reservation. We want to ensure we give our guests the best evening to enjoy with us!

Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?

Answer

All guests that have been given a plus one will be notated on the wedding invitation. When completing the RSVP, please do not forgot to add if you will be bringing a plus one.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We please ask that anyone attending the ceremony arrives by 3:45pm. The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. If you are running a bit late, we ask that you please quietly find your seat upon arrival.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Will there be parking?

Meson Sabika has a large parking lot for up to 200 guests directly next to the reception building. If you are staying at the hotel, we encourage you to utilize the shuttle service.

Will children be invited to the wedding celebrations?

We love your little ones, but we hope you can join us for a special evening just for adults.

What type of food will be at the wedding?

Answer

Meson Sabika is a spanish themed restaurant which the food will be served tapas style. Tapas is a style of dining in which small portions of food, often appetizers, are served and shared.

Will there be an open bar for the wedding?

Answer

The bride and groom enjoy a great party! We will be having an open bar for the evening, so please enjoy your favorite cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits on us! We will have three bartenders to serve you all throughout the evening, which means no lines for drinks! We ask that if you are not utilizing the shuttle service, that our guests have designated drivers or use a separate mode of transportation to make it home safely (Uber/Lyft)!

Can we take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an un-plugged wedding ceremony. We kindly ask that you silence any devices and do not take photos with cellular devices. We have hired a videographer and wedding photographer to capture our special day. At the end of the ceremony we will spare a couple minutes to take candid photos of us! For the reception, we ask that you take all the photos you can! We will have polaroid stations throughout the reception and a QR code to upload any photos to share!

The wedding ceremony and reception are completely wheel chair accessible!
