Josh and I met on Bumble in 2022 and it was an instant connection! We started dating not soon after and began to meet each other’s family and friends. We were both coming to an end on our leases, and decided to make the move into a rental home together in early 2023. Our love and friendship continued to flourish. We went on many vacations, played many rounds of golf and shared more laughs than I thought was possible. We started to slowly look at homes to buy as we were over renting. In October 2023, our dream house fell into our laps, and although the market wasn’t great, we felt it was too good to pass on. Our offer was accepted and we moved into our beautiful current home in south Rochester. As if life wasn’t exciting enough, we adopted our puppy Murphy in December 2023, which has been both a learning experience and a rewarding one. Josh and I had planned an October 2024 roadtrip out east, something we had both wanted to do for a long time. I had a gut feeling that an engagement was possibly going to happen on our road trip, but Josh surprised me and dropped on a knee in our living room before we left! It was so perfect. We are looking forward to celebrating with all our loved ones!
