An All Inclusive Hotel Expirence To make your booking as smooth as possible, please follow the steps below: Step 1: Contact Our Wedding Groups Coordinator Email our dedicated wedding coordinator at shelbyandjosh@handpickedhoneymoons.com with the following details. Number of adults and children attending Full names of all guests Your contact phone number State or country of residence Travel dates (a minimum stay of 3 nights is required) Preferred room category and bed type (Doubles or King) Whether you need assistance with booking flights (optional service for $100 per couple/family) Please include your last name and arrival date in the email subject line (e.g., Smith - 5/21/25). Step 2: Personalized Quote and Deposit A member of our team will get back to you within 72 hours with your personalized quote and the deposit required to secure your reservation. Step 3: Confirm Your Booking Once you receive the quote, simply reply with your preferred rate/package to confirm your booking. Step 4: Prepayment We will send you a credit card authorization form to complete the prepayment of your room. Step 5: Booking Confirmation After your room is reserved, you will receive a confirmation email from the Handpicked Honeymoons team. Step 6: Flight Details for Airport Transfers Please reply with your flight details at least 2 weeks before your travel date to ensure your complimentary airport transfers are arranged.
