In lieu of a traditional rehearsal dinner, we are inviting everyone to come spend the evening before the wedding with us! There will be cookout style food like hotdogs, pasta salad, and fruit along with, swimming, paddle boarding, s'mores roasting, music, and lots of mix and mingling.
Wedding Attire is semi-formal. Think sundresses and khakis or slacks, no jeans. Our colors are very bright and fun so feel free to dress pastel and colorful!
Yes, there is parking at the house however it is limited so we ask that any guests who are comfortable riding together or even walking over do so! Our family has also booked the home next door if there is a need for additional accessible parking.

While we would love to meet everybody's best friends and furbabies, this is a small-intimate family and friends wedding. Your invitation will state the names of the people invited and unfortunately to keep things small, we ask that you only bring the people on your invitation.
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please reach out to Shelby or John as soon as possible but before July 1st of 2025, as after this date the food will not be able to be changed or added to in any way.

Yes, we will be having dinner at the venue after the ceremony as well as first dances, cake cutting, and all of the traditional reception dancing and party vibes. The only difference is our venue is a little more unique!
No, there will not be a hotel block or transportation to or from the lake. We are inviting all of our guests to book an Airbnb rental house on the lake to be near the venue and really enjoy the weekend together. For our guests that prefer a hotel, there is a Holiday Inn Express in Charles Town, Wv about 20 minutes away.
