Garden of the Gods
Garden of the Gods Park (pictured above) is a registered National Natural Landmark featuring dramatic views. Admire the 300ft sandstone rock formations against the backdrop of snow-capped Pikes Peak and brilliant blue skies. The park is complete with paved pathways throughout and is always free of charge.
Pikes Peak - Drive to the Summit
Drive your car to the summit of Pikes Peak at over 14,000ft. $10 per adult. Takes approximately 2 hours driving time round trip. No guard rails - not recommended for those with fear of heights. It will be cold at the top!
Pikes Peak Cog Railway Station
Take a train to the top of Pikes Peak with incredible exclusive views. Less scary than driving.

Glen Eyrie Castle is an English Tudor-style castle built by General William Jackson Palmer, the founder of Colorado Springs. This house was his dream home and is in the northwest foothills north of the Garden of the Gods Park. You can visit the property by appointment and enjoy a cup of tea at this historic landmark.
