Katy is a cherished friend that Shelby has known since college, where they met at the BCM the very same day Shelby met Abby. Fun fact: they’re twin sisters. Through a year of walking closely together in a discipleship group, their friendship grew deep and meaningful. Shelby also had the joy of standing with Katy on her wedding day — a celebration that ultimately led to Shelby meeting Jeff. Katy is patient, wise, and her kind heart shines in all she does. Beth Myers is one of the bride’s bridesmaids and the groom’s sister. She has been such a joy to get to know throughout Shelby and Jeff’s relationship and engagement. Emily’s joyful personality and hilarious dance videos never fail to make Shelby smile, and she has a special way of making any room burst into laughter. Shelby is so grateful for her friendship and thrilled to have her by her side on this special day.

Joanna is one of the bride’s bridesmaids and a sweet friend Shelby has known for several years through Broadmoor Baptist Church. They have served together in young adult ministry and shared many meaningful moments in small group, growing especially close over the past year. Joanna’s kindness and steady friendship have been such a gift, and Shelby is so grateful to have her by her side. It is an extra joy to celebrate Joanna as she also prepares for her own wedding this spring.

Kindeh is also the sister of Crosson Easter, making their shared presence in the wedding even more special. Bridget is one of the bride’s bridesmaids and a dear friend Shelby has known through church over the past few years. Known for her love of horses — especially her beloved Sparky — Bridget brings warmth and fun wherever she goes. She and Shelby are evenly matched on the tennis court and have shared many sweet memories together. Bridget is also famous for hosting weekly mini get-togethers filled with laughter and reality TV, creating a space where everyone feels welcome and at home. Shelby treasures her friendship and is so happy to have her by her side on this special day.
Adam Fletcher

Adam originally thought Jeff was a nerdy geek whenever he first met him in 3rd grade, and his assessment at the time was largely correct. Adam is a nurse in Covington where he lives with Garrison’s sister, who is his wife, and his newborn daughter. Adam has great sports takes and is never wrong about any of them, especially when it comes to quarterbacks.
Grant Emfinger
Best Man
Grant took pity on freshman year Jeff, so him and his brother Brandon decided to let Jeff be their roommate while they were at LSU. Grant enjoys eating wings at Buffalo Wild Wings on Thursday and he enjoys eating wings at Wingstop on Monday and Tuesday (they have 50 cent wing specials on those days). Grant lives with his wife Bethany in New Orleans, where he works as a P.A. They also have a cat.
Bryce Myers

Bryce and Jeff have been to two Wrestlemania’s together. Out of all the people on this list, he has known Bryce the longest. And he loves him a lot. Bryce lives with his wife, Bailey, who is a travel nurse. We don’t really know what he does, but when he’s in town, he makes delicious lattes at Coffee on the Red. He also has a labradoodle named Boston, who he refers to as his best friend.
Max Myers

The youngest of the Myers Clan, Max was promoted to groomsman for this wedding. Jeff also loves him a lot. Max is a senior who is bound for LSU. He just finished playing the titular character of “Hamlet” in his high school play, which was well-received and met with critical acclaim, although the pacing of the play and sound editing were met with mixed reception.
Jesse Stafford

Jesse and Jeff met during his sophomore year of college and bonded at the LSU BCM. An LSU Eunice product, he currently works at a Mars factory where he makes many Snickers. He lives in Waco with his wife, who is also named Shelby. He hopes to one day own the Dallas Cowboys. He enjoys sports betting, casinos, and LSU sports.
Justin Stafford

Often referred to as the “Sweetheart” of the Stafford twins, Justin and Jeff met during his sophomore year of college. Justin lives in Baton Rouge with his wife, Bailey. He currently works at Mariucci. Justin was once MLB-bound until he tweaked his knee in his homeschool baseball league in high school. He still can go yard any given day.
Jesse Edmiston

Jeff and Jesse met in the third grade, where they bonded over wearing glasses and Pokémon cards. Jesse lives in South Bossier with his wife and two daughters. He’s currently the youth pastor at South Bossier Baptist Church. Him and Jeff once had a pet water balloon named Moose Moose that sadly passed away the day he was born.
Crosson Easter

Crosson and Jeff met in Mrs. Keith’s class in the 6th grade. He currently resides in Franklin, TN where he makes music as “Cross Gray”. Him and Jeff bonded over music and making zombie movies in high school. They also made a couple films in middle school, which thankfully have been deleted. They also bonded over making music.
Conner McDonald

Jeff has known Conner since he was a tadpole. Conner is a youth pastor at Bluff Creek Baptist Church. He lives in that area with his wife, Aidan, and he also has a three-legged cat named Ernest. Conner and Jeff also once met world-renowned comedian Tim Hawkins together, and it was cool.
Joshua Southern

Josh and Jeff went out for coffee some months ago. Little did Jeff know that this was a secret screening process to see if he was good enough for Shelby, and thankfully, he passed! Josh currently works in South Korea for a private contracting company for airplane mechanics.
Zach Harper
Groomsman
Zach and Jeff won “Best Bromance” in the 2016 edition of Benton High School’s yearbook. A Sarepta native, he currently lives in Shreveport with his wife and newborn daughter. Jeff and Zach met freshman year of high school. He’s largely responsible for Jeff’s music taste at the time, which consisted of Limp Bizket, Lil Wayne, and Eminem.
Garrison Bundy

Jacksonville Jaguar fan, American Patriot, and partial dyslexic, Garrison and Jeff knew each other from BPAR football teams in elementary school but grew closer in high school. Garrison lives in Ruston, LA with his wife and newborn daughter. He currently tends to the grounds at Louisiana Tech, where many answer to him.
Dennis Rivera

Dennis and Jeff were inseparable during their freshman year at LSU where they were roommates at the LSU BCM. Dennis hails from Warner Robbins, Georgia. He currently resides in Atlanta where he roots against the Atlanta Falcons. He is also partially responsible for Jeff passing his early Spanish courses at LSU.
