Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 6th, so that we can share our final guest count with our venue. Guests who do not respond will be marked as "not attending".

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. The ceremony will be held outside, to the left of the lodge. Ushers will be available to guide you and help direct seating. We can’t wait to see you there!

Can I bring a guest who is not listed on my invitation?

We are so excited to celebrate with our loved ones! As much as we would love to include everyone, we can only host the guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for respecting our guest list!

We love your little ones, but this celebration will be adults only. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking?

Answer

Parking is available in the lot located right next to the lodge. As you enter the property, you’ll follow a winding road—please continue past the first parking area you see. The lodge and its main parking lot will be just ahead on your right.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes—our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all at the same location. Our wedding will be held at The Lodge at Camp Red Cedar (3900 Hursh Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46845). The ceremony will take place outside to the left of the lodge near the ponds. Afterward, we’ll move into cocktail hour, which will be held in the patio area. The reception will then be held inside the lodge.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please wear semi-formal / cocktail attire. No jeans, and kindly avoid white dresses or colors that photograph as white such as cream or ivory as that color is reserved for the bride.
