We kindly ask our guests to join us in formal attire for our celebration. For women: long gowns, midi dresses, or sophisticated cocktail dresses. For men: suits or tuxedos, dress shirts, and formal shoes. ** Ladies please note that the celebration will take place outdoors on the grass, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly to avoid sinking. -a great second option if a chunkier heel just isn't for you, search "Heel Stoppers for Grass" on Amazon and thank me later <3 We’d love for everyone to feel polished, elevated, and ready to celebrate in style!

Answer

We kindly encourage guest to dress in soft, romantic and earthy tones. A color pallet of neutrals, soft pastels, and timeless shades such as blush, champagne, sage, and even a rich chocolatey brown would beautifully complement the setting and overall aesthetic of the day. We please ask guest to avoid wearing overly bold colors, and of course we ask ladies to please refrain from wearing white or ivory as those are reserved for the bride.

Yes! A large baseball tournament is happening the same weekend, and hotels are expected to fill quickly. We strongly encourage guests to reserve accommodations as soon as possible.

Guests traveling from out of state may fly into the Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) — located less than 10 minutes from the Moore Mansion and nearby hotels.

There is ample parking available for all guests in the lot located directly in front of the venue. The Moore Mansion has kindly allowed overnight parking, so if anyone decides to fully enjoy the celebration and prefers not to drive afterward, you're welcome to leave your car overnight and pick it up the following morning!

We do not have a shuttle service scheduled, but all listed hotels are 10–20 minutes from the venue. Rideshare services and taxis are also available in the area.

The ceremony will be held outdoors on the Moore Mansion grounds. The reception will take place indoors and/or under covered areas on the property.

Typically warm and sunny, averaging 80–90°F during the day. We recommend light, breathable fabrics for comfort.

Yes! A full dinner and bar will be provided during the reception.

Absolutely! We’d love for you to capture the moment respectfully. We kindly ask that guests keep phones out of the aisle and avoid blocking our photographers’ view. If you are seated on an aisle seat, we especially appreciate you refraining from holding your phone out during the ceremony - this helps ensure clean, beautiful photos for everyone to enjoy.
