When Eric asked Shelby to marry him she was all tears, smiles, and laughs. It is hard to surprise her but he did so well!
This summer Eric went back to Oregon and Washington with me and I showed him my life before Iowa.
Canoeing is supposed to test a relationship- we have it down, he rows I take pictures.
Eric came to visit Oregon a few times. Classic Oregon beach day = snow coats and gray skies.
Shelby also visited Iowa a few times during their long distance part of the relationship. Eric accepts Shelby's sports knowledge, "beat the other team!".
We have gone to a few weddings together, Can't wait until its ours!
We have visited the Dubuque riverfront a few times together. This was the time that we bought a boat!
One time in Oregon Shelby watched a girl's snake for her and we were repaid with a photo shoot. We plan on using this picture when we start a band together.
No trip to Oregon is complete without stopping by the crowded Multnomah Falls.
We do not often, but when we do, we clean up well!
When Shelby moved to Iowa for Eric it was quite a different scenery. Eric helped her learn to be at home among the corn.
Living in Iowa City has been great! we both have a passion for all things local, outside, and enjoying good music together.
Wherever we go we always have fun and laugh together!
