When should I RSVP by?

March 25, 2025. This is really the absolute last day as our head count is due March 26, 2025.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our wedding will have a black tie optional or semi-formal dress code. We kindly request that guests dress in formal evening attire to help create a celebratory and elegant atmosphere. We can’t wait to see you all dressed to the nines!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:30 PM for our wedding, which will begin at 4:00 PM. This will allow everyone to get settled and enjoy the pre-ceremony atmosphere. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have a room block at the Daxton Hotel in Birmingham. Another recommended hotel in the area is the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham. More hotel recommendations are listed in the travel section of our website.

In order to maintain an intimate atmosphere on our special day, we kindly ask that this celebration be adults-only.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, there will be shuttle bus service operating between the Daxton Hotel and the venue. This service is designed to provide convenient transportation for all guests, ensuring easy access to and from the event.
