Mother of the Bride
My Mom🤍 She is someone i admire more than words can say. Her love, support and guidance have shaped me into who i am today. She has always been my biggest cheerleader and i am so thankful to celebrate this big day with her. I couldn’t do it without her.
Mother of the Groom
Cindy is the heart of her family, always bringing everyone together and reminding us how special time spent with loved ones truly is. Whether it’s making memories on family trips to Daytona Beach or sharing magical moments at Disney this past year, she fills every gathering with love. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly supportive of our relationship, welcoming me with open arms. We are so grateful for her love, encouragement, and the strong family foundation she has created.
Father of the Bride
My Dad🤍 My dad may not be here with us physically but his love remains a constant part of my life. My dad always taught me to live a little! And to always have fun. He continues to guide me in ways seen and unseen. This day will be a mix of emotions to not have him here to give me away, or share all the special things a father should on his daughters wedding day… but as i always do i will do the best at remembering him and celebrating just the way he taught me to 🍻
Father of the Groom
Rick is always showing up with a helping hand and a supportive heart. Whether he’s spending time with loved ones, sharing his passion for classic cars, or making special memories with Georgia, his love for family is always at the center of everything he does. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly supportive of our relationship, and we are so grateful for his guidance, encouragement, and the strong family values he brings to our lives.
Matron of Honor
Meet Katie, my Matron of Honor🤍 Katie is the definition of a true best friend- the most loyal, honest, loving and always there when it matters most. Her heart and dedication to the people she loves makes her so special. No matter how much time has passed we pick up right back where we left off. If the two of us are out for the night you better watch out, we love to sing at the tops of our lungs, encourage each other to live our best lives even if that means ending the night doing the watermelon crawl💛 I couldn’t imagine this day without having her by my side.
Best Man
Sean has been by my side for 23 years, and choosing him as my best man was never a question. From the very beginning of Shelby and my relationship, Sean has been one of our biggest supporters, always encouraging us and genuinely believing in what we have together. Our bond has been built through every season of life—working jobs side by side, living together, building cars together, and somehow still making time for our almost daily phone calls. Whether we’re talking Jeeps, boating, or quoting our favorite Jimmy Buffett lyrics, Sean has always been the constant. He’s loyal, steady, and the kind of friend who shows up without being asked. I’m incredibly grateful for the life we’ve shared and even more grateful to have him standing next to me on one of the most important days of my life.
Bridesmaid
Brooke-Lyn is not only one of my best friends, but also my sister-in-law and someone who has been part of my life since I was in high school. She has stood by me through so many seasons — sharing in the most exciting moments and supporting me through the hardest ones. Her love, loyalty, and constant presence mean more to me than words can say, and I couldn’t imagine celebrating this day without her by my side.
Groomsman
Patrick and I became friends over our shared love of custom cars—fittingly, since he just happened to own a custom car shop. What started in the garage quickly turned into years of memories, including countless summers spent on the lake and trips out to the Ohio islands. Patrick is my go-to concert buddy, the guy who can quote random movie quotes at any moment, and the first person who ever told me all about Key West—then promptly took me there for my first visit. He’s brought a lot of adventure into my life (and honestly, I’d probably have a lot more money if I didn’t know him), but I wouldn’t trade the memories, laughs, or friendship for anything. I’m proud to have him standing by my side on this day.
Bridesmaid
Bridget ✨ Oh Where to begin, Bridget is the kind of friend everyone needs but few are lucky enough to have. Our story started years ago when she welcomed me into her circle at the bank, and we haven't slowed down since. From the legendary dollar beer nights at Verna’s to unforgettable Vegas trips and our tradition of escaping the Florida Keys every year, she has been a constant through every high and low. She’s the "good time" girl, the undisputed life of the party and the one person who can always make you laugh until it hurts, to say we’ve caused our fair share of drunken chaos would be a understatement. Having her apart of our special day means so much to me🤍
Groomsman
Eddie and I have been friends for 25 years, ever since we met at the city lot—where he was immediately known for having the loudest stereo system around. From there came countless nights cruising Claremont Ave., windows down, music up, and not a care in the world. Our friendship only grew stronger as life moved on—especially once I got my pontoon boat and Eddie showed up with his camper. What started as summer fun turned into a tradition, and fast forward to 2026, we’re still doing it: summers spent at the lake and winters escaping to his condo in Florida. Eddie is one of those rare friends who’s been there through every chapter, every phase, and every season of life. I’m incredibly grateful for the memories we’ve made and even more grateful to have him standing beside me on this day.
Bridesmaid
Cassie is my soon-to-be sister-in-law and the one you can always count on for a quick joke or perfectly timed sarcastic comment. Her goofy personality and effortless humor light up every room she walks into, and she has a way of keeping things fun no matter the moment. Life is simply more entertaining with Cassie around, and I wouldn’t want to celebrate this day without her by my side.
Groomsman
Ben was someone everyone in town knew—but I didn’t really get to know him until I was a Snap-On dealer servicing his shop. One random day, he asked if I knew anyone who wanted a pair of Kid Rock tickets, and honestly… the rest is history. From there came motorcycles, summers spent on the boat at Pleasant Hills (usually in the exact same spot as our buddy Eddie), and a friendship that somehow just kept getting stronger. Fast forward to today, and not much has changed—we still spend our summers at the lake, still go to way too many concerts, and still find ourselves in more drunken adventures than we probably should admit. We also share a deep appreciation for wildly unpractical vehicles, questionable decisions, and a lot of laughs along the way. Ben is one of those friends who brings chaos, stories, and unforgettable memories—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m proud to have him standing by my side on this day.
Bridesmaid
Alyssa is one of the kindest, biggest-hearted people I know. From the moment my cousin Jake brought her to Michigan, I knew she would fit right in with our family. And honestly, anyone who can put up with Jake on a daily basis deserves some kind of award… or at the very least, a lifetime supply of patience! Alyssa has a way of making everyone feel welcome, included, and loved. She’s the person who will drop what she’s doing to lend a hand, offer support, or simply show up when you need her most. She is incredibly understanding, endlessly caring, and one of the most genuine people you’ll ever meet. I’m so thankful that Jake brought her into our lives because over the years, Alyssa and I have built a friendship and bond that I will forever cherish. She truly is one of the good ones, and I couldn’t imagine standing at the altar without her by my side on my wedding day.
Groomsman
Devin, my soon-to-be brother-in-law, has never met a bad idea he wasn’t willing to try at least once. If there’s a prank to pull, trouble to stir up, or shenanigans to be had, chances are Devin is either behind it or happily along for the ride. He’s fueled by Twisted Teas, questionable decisions, and an impressive ability to always know where the nearest late-night hot dog stand is—especially if it’s outside a strip club in Key West. Devin has a talent for keeping things interesting and somehow making every story funnier than it probably should be. He’s always down to hang out, crack jokes, and enjoy the greener things in life while pretending he isn’t the reason everyone is laughing. Life is never boring when he’s around, and I’m lucky to be gaining not just a brother-in-law, but a great friend who’s always ready for whatever adventure comes next.
Bridesmaid
Chelsea✨ Chelsea is my cousin and someone I’ve looked up to for as long as I can remember. Growing up, she was always fun, loud, and guaranteed to make everyone laugh — and she had the absolute coolest Barbies and outfits, which I proudly inherited as hand-me-downs. As we got older, we may have clashed a little, but those moments only made us closer. Through every season, Chelsea has been one of my biggest supporters, always showing up and making sure she’s present for the moments that matter most. I’m so grateful to have her by my side on such a special day.
Groomsman
Mike and I met in Marine City—or “Marine Shitty,” as we prefer to call it—when he helped save my boat after it somehow floated itself onto the dock. That pretty much sums up our friendship: he bails me out, feeds me, and then tells me exactly how dumb I was without sugarcoating a thing. Mike has a way of making everyone feel like family, whether you’ve known him for ten years or ten minutes. He’s also my favorite bad influence, because somehow we always end up convincing each other that buying another boat is a perfectly reasonable life decision. If there’s one lesson we still haven’t learned, it’s that neither of us should be allowed anywhere near eBay or Facebook Marketplace after a few drinks. Thanks for always keeping it real, keeping everyone fed, and making every adventure a little more memorable. I’m glad you’ll be standing by my side on the big day.
Flower Girl
My beautiful soon to be Niece Georgia Mae. I can’t picture a more perfect little girl for our flower girl. You are the sweetest, smartest little girl. We are so lucky to have you apart of our special day and can’t wait to see you walk down that aisle! I know you will love your role as the flower girl.
Ring Beer-er
Yes, you read that right—Jake is our Ring Beerer. And honestly, I couldn’t think of a more perfect role for him. Growing up, Jake was always the daredevil of the family—the one jumping ramps, getting into something he probably shouldn’t have been, or working on a dirt bike or car in the garage. In so many ways, he followed in my dad’s footsteps with his love for building cars and, of course, his appreciation for a cold Budweiser. Jake has always been the kind of person who keeps life interesting. You never quite know what project he’s working on next or what story he’s going to tell, but you can always count on him to show up for the people he loves. The bond he shares with my brother is one like no other, and I’m lucky to share that same kind of connection with him. Through every stage of life, Jake has always looked out for me, just as I have for him. Beneath the mischievous grin and occasional questionable decision is one of the most loyal, caring people I know. I’m so grateful to call him family and couldn’t imagine anyone better suited to carry the most important beer of the day down the aisle.
