There will be ample parking available, as well as the option to camp in tents or RV’s/trailers at the venue. There is no fee for this and we encourage anyone to stay that would like to!
We first want to say that we love and cherish all of your kiddos, and they all are so special to us! However, we love the opportunity to celebrate with the adults in our lives today. We understand not everyone will be able to attend for this reason, and thank everyone for understanding. *Please note our son will be present for the ceremony. This was a difficult decision, and we appreciate your understanding that we could not host every family at this time.
The venue is about a 20-minute drive out of town. We have arranged for consistent transportation to/from the venue at a to-be-determined schedule. Safety is our top priority for our guests. Guests are of course welcome to drive themselves and get a safe ride home with our provider if they’d like.
The dress code is cocktail. We suggest mid to long length dresses for women and suits/jackets/vests with ties optional for men. Feel free to embrace western-themed accessories and outfits, this is the perfect occasion to break out your cowboy or cowgirl hats and boots!
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. *Please not to keep everyone safe, our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to even the most polite guests if they feel they have been over served*
To ensure we can accommodate all our guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! After the ceremony, feel free to break out your phones and snap away
