The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will take place indoors.

Yes, parking is available at the venue.

Will transportation or shuttles be provided?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be available to and from the venue. We’ve reserved a shuttle through JJ’s Transportation that will begin picking up guests at 3:30 PM from the Comfort Inn, then continue to the Holiday Inn, Evergreen Resort, etc. The shuttle will run multiple loops throughout the evening. What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Our bar will open at 4:00 PM, so feel free to arrive early and enjoy a drink beforehand!

When will the event end?

Answer

The reception will conclude at 11:00 PM. Shuttle transportation will be available to take guests back to their hotels or lodging.
