When should I RSVP by?

September 30, 2020. This is a strict RSVP date. Due to Covid, we have to let our venue know exactly how many guests we are expecting so they can setup for the proper Covid requirements.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4:15pm or sooner. The ceremony starts at 4:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual Attire at the ceremony. No costumes at the ceremony please. Costumes are allowed at the reception.

Can I wear a costume?

Answer

Not at the ceremony. Please, no costumes at the ceremony. You can change after the ceremony if you would like to wear a costume to the reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your RSVP will include if you were given a guest or not. Due to Covid, please do not bring a guest without permission.

Are kids welcome?

Yes, if they have been included in your RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will be staying at the Holiday Inn in Shelbyville. Please see the Travel tab for more information.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. When you pull into the venue, it is on the right, after Coffee Creek Studio, in the grass lot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are planning to have a shuttle to and from the Holiday Inn. We would suggest getting a hotel if you live far or plan to drink, there are not many Ubers that come out this way.

Do I have to wear a face mask for Covid?

Answer

Yes, inside the venue you will have to wear a mask if you are not at your table. These are the requirements as of right now and we will update you if they change. Masks are not required at the ceremony due to being outside and the seats being spaced out.
