Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire! We would prefer no casual clothes such as jeans and t-shirts (Our bare minimum is khakis). It is our one special day it would be nice to have everyone dress their best.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to be there no earlier than 3:15pm but no later than 3:50pm. We will start promptly at 4:00pm. Please do not disrupt by walking in during the middle of the ceremony; the ceremony will be outside next to the reception hall.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot in front of the venue. You can leave your car overnight, will just need to pick it up by 9:00 am the next day.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, just make sure they are included on the RSVP. If they are not included on the RSVP, then they cannot come.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Only the kids for the family we have talked to will be permitted to come. Otherwise, it will be limited to the people included in the RSVP. Thank you for the understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle van services through the Holiday Inn that we have a block at. We will also have a car service available that day if you need to leave at any point during the Wedding.
