We have reserved rooms July 3-6, 2025 for anyone from out of town in need of a hotel near the venue. Please call the front desk to make a reservation, the automated call center has difficulty with hotel blocks! Hotel block rate is offered at 15% off regular rates. Room block cutoff is June 3, 2025. After June 3, 2025, all rooms that have not been reserved and guaranteed with a credit card will be placed back into general sale at regular rate. To request direct billing, arrangements must be made 4 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours from the date of arrival will be billed for one (1) night's room and tax. Check in is at 4:00PM and Check Out is at 11:00AM.
