Her hobbies include having a constant to be read list of books that are in her bookshelf, never ending crochet projects, playing video games on the switch, while also being a pet mom to Z, Marigold, Linnea, Ginger and Loki. She grew up as a military child and comes from a large family consisting of 7 siblings.
Austin Gentry
Groom
Has a never ending obsession with magic the gathering. Shelby enjoys opening the magic the gathering card packs with Austin to see the different art work. The other things he enjoys hunting, playing league of legends with his discord gang, watching anime and being a pet parent to his fur children Z, Marigold, Linnea, Ginger and Loki. Now on the opposite side, austin only has one older sister Samantha and a younger brother Tyler. He is also apart of two different dungeons and dragon's group with Tyler as the dungeon master.

Hi I'm Bri. I am married to the grooms cousin and Shelby and I kinda became instant best friends pretty much the first night we met.
Katie Havlicek
Bridesmaid
As Katie would say she met the bride through "this bitch" (herself). But in more technical terms, shelby and Katie met through an old friend of Katie's back in 2017. They were roommates living in a 2 bedroom loft during the start of COVID in Lincoln, and during this time it was endless runs to Qdoba and chipotle and stopping for frozen yogurt afterwards. This went on up until Austin asked Shelby to move in with him. When Shelby started to look for a dog as her faithful companion, Katie went with her to KC to pick out Linnea. To this day they "aunties" to each other's dogs.
Ashlee Celesky
Bridesmaid
Shelby met Ashlee at the start of her relationship with Austin, the same day that she met Tyler. As Tyler and Ashlee were returning from an errand when tyler jumped on the hood of his car while Shelby was trying to make her escape. Ashlee agreed to step in as a bridesmaid at last minute for our bride due to one if the bridesmaids stepping down. They share a bond over coffee, books and now soon to be a sister in law due to Ashlee getting engaged to Tyler. The 4 often do double dates to pumpkin patches, movies and sometimes out on the benson strip for Ika.
Elizabeth Carrell
Junior Bridesmaid
Half-sister of the bride. She enjoys archery, band & show choir, her pets, spending time with her friends outside of school. Ya know the typical teenager things.
Tyler Jordahl
Best Man
Easiest way to say how he knows the groom is that they are brothers. Tyler is considered the most spontaneous person, who has a wide variety of skills from working on cars, to gardening, woodworking and even baking. A dungeon master to 2 DND groups. He met Shelby one afternoon stopping her before she could leave and jumped on the hood of his car to get her attention.
Alec Ferriola
Best Man
Shelby considers Alec to be the IT wiz of the group. Austin and Alec met through their love of games back in 2009, quickly becoming good friends and eventually met in person when the groom attended PAX east back in 2019. He is also having a wedding in October of 2026. He visited the bride and groom back in 2022 with Josh and John, where they took part of endless MTG games at the kitchen table, visiting the Omaha zoo, and the local game store.

I first SPOKE with/to the groom in the year of our Lord and savior Harambe 2016. I finally was able to meet him in PERSON when he came out for PAX east (a gaming convention) in 2019. In 2022, with our friends Alec and John I had a fan-TASTIC week of shenanigans with the groom and the bride whom we heard on occasion in the background through discord.

Austin and John met through Alec. Just like Alec and Josh they met for the first time in person back in 2019 attending PAX East. They game occasionally on discord together playing League of Legends, and he met the bride back in 2022 during the week stay.
