For those who would like to take NJT from Penn station NYC you can take the Morris & Essex Line to the Mount Olive Station, Lake Hopatcong or Hackettstown. You will have to transfer at Newark Broad Street. You can also take a direct train from NJT to Dover and it is a 20 minute Uber to the Holiday Inn.
