The resort requires a minimum stay of 3 nights but we are recommending to our friends and family 5 nights: Check in on Sunday, May 3, 2026 and Check out on Friday, May 8, 2026. The Wedding is on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
We recommend adding on the airport transfer option that the resort offers when booking your room.
The hotel has a strict cancellation and reduction policy, and there may come a point when changes, like reducing the number of guests, are no longer allowed. To avoid potential penalties, we recommend booking for the number of guests you’re confident will attend. If the fourth person is able to join later, you can always add them to the reservation (based on availability). This way, you remain flexible without risking any financial losses.
You’ll be able to add an additional adult to your reservation until February 19, 2026—or possibly even a bit later—depending on hotel availability. For now, rates are guaranteed through December 9. After that, any changes will be subject to the hotel’s current pricing and availability. Paradise weddings do their best to ask the hotel to honor the current rate after that date, but ultimately, it will be up to their discretion.

While we would absolutely love to have everyone stay with us at the resort throughout the wedding festivities, we completely understand that cost can be a factor and want to support whatever works best for you. If you choose to stay off-site, you’ll need to purchase a Wedding Day Pass to access the resort on the day of the wedding. The pass costs $193 per person and allows entry 30 minutes before the ceremony through the end of the reception. If you'd like to join us at the resort on any other day during the trip, you’ll need to purchase a separate Hotel Day Pass (price not known at this time), which is subject to availability and hotel capacity. If you decide to go this route, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate with the hotel. We truly appreciate you making the effort to celebrate with us, no matter where you stay!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! However, if you wish to contribute, we’ve set up a honeymoon fund to help us create some unforgettable memories together.
We want you looking fabulous while staying cool! The ceremony, cocktails, and reception will all be outdoors, so think formal, but breathable. For the Ladies: Bring out your best dress, chic cocktail number, or that glam jumpsuit you’ve been saving. Light, flowy fabrics are your best friend. Just no white, cream, or ivory, that’s strictly the bride’s spotlight! For the Gents: Suits or tuxes are the vibe, but feel free to ditch the heavy fabrics. Linen or lightweight materials will keep you sharp and sweat-free. Ties are welcome, but optional, style it your way. Helpful Tips: • For comfort, block heels, wedges, or dressy flats are recommended for the ladies. • A light layer (like a shawl or blazer) might come in handy once the sun sets. • Sunglasses encouraged. So is dancing. And champagne. Come dressed to party — it’s going to be one unforgettable night under the stars!
Yes, the bride and groom will be looking into excursions and working with the resort to make a selection. However, as this is your vacation, please feel free to book and look at excursions that interest you.
You must be very interested in this trip and should book if you haven't already done so.
