When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP at your earliest convenience, but no later than the day listed on your invitation, March 14th, 2025.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! You can find our registries under the "Registry" tab on this same website. We're registered both with Zola and Target.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The short answer: Cocktail/Formal Attire The long answer: Wear what you look and feel best in! Your snazziest suit and tie, cocktail dress, and/or evening gown is perfect for our wedding. The event will be entirely indoors, so feel free to wear heels (or whatever you'll feel most comfortable dancing in)! Don't feel like you need to wear a full tux, but please NO jeans or t-shirts.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless your invitation explicitly addresses your date (e.g., Shelby Muschler and Allisen Lowrance), then you CANNOT bring a date. While we'd love to include everyone, our venue is small and we want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with only our nearest and dearest around. Thanks for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love alllll the children in our lives, this event is adults-only.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We've booked a block of rooms with the Crowne Plaza Chicago: West Loop. Please navigate to the "Travel" page of this website to view more information, including a link to book and the discount code.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be an option to let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP. If something comes up after you RSVP, please reach out to us directly as soon as possible and we'll be happy to accommodate!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Unfortunately, there's no designated parking at the venue. We recommend all guests use rideshare apps (Uber, Lyft) or public transportation to travel to and from the venue!

What are you doing with your last names?

Answer

Allisen is taking Shelby's last name, so we'll ~officially~ be the Muschler family.
