When is the rsvp deadline?
Answer
The wedding is June 7th so we’re going to have the rsvp deadline May 7th which gives us a month to inform our vendors and caterers of an exact headcount!

Where will the wedding be?
Answer
The wedding will be at Scenic Springs by Wedgewood Weddings, located at: 19215 Scenic Loop Rd, Helotes, TX 78023

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
We plan on starting at 6pm on the dot so try arrive 20-30 minutes before hand!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
If your kids' names are not on the invitation please do not bring them to the ceremony or reception. If you have any further questions about this please feel free to ask!

I am an out of town guest. What hotels, airports or other travel details do you recommend?
Answer
We have NOT blocked off hotel rooms, but there are numerous hotel options in San Antonio. Many family members will be staying at the Aloft San Antonio UTSA Area and the Sleep Inn & Suites at Six Flags. Information for these hotels can be found under the travel page of this website with links for booking. This page also contains information regarding flights as well as travel to and from airports. What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Ladies, feel free to wear long formal dresses, chic sundresses, and pops of color are all encouraged! Gentlemen, a suit or dressy jacket with dress pants is perfect. We want everyone to feel comfortable and stylish, so have fun with your outfits and embrace a vibrant palette. We’re excited to see you all looking your best and celebrating with us!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The average temperature in Helotes, Tx in June is 93 degrees so we're expecting it to be on the warmer side, but it will be during the evening so hopefully it won't be too hot! The reception will be indoors with plenty of air conditioning!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors however, the reception will be indoors.
Question
I have dietary restrictions or allergies. Will there be alternative food options for me?
Answer
We will be providing gluten free and lactose free options, however, if you have any other dietary restrictions or allergies please let us know before the rsvp deadline so we can make accommodations.
