That’s completely up to you! Enjoy a short weekend away or maximize your time exploring the beautiful PNW. We recommend getting in no later than Friday and departing Sunday.
Bend in October can be crisp mornings, sunny afternoons, and cold evenings. We suggest bringing layers, especially for the evening!
The wedding ceremony and reception will be held outdoors at a private residence. Please be mindful of weather and grassy terrain and respectful of our friends’ home.
Desert Cocktail Dress to impress with a touch of desert charm. Cocktail or long dresses, suits or sport coats encouraged. Earthy tones, florals, linen blends, and textured fabrics feel right at home. Our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, so opt for block heels, boots, or shoes suited for grass and gravel and bring a layer for the evening chill.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
We adore your little ones and have included them on the invitation. That said, we also fully support and encourage making this a well-deserved parents night out if you’d prefer! As we’re thoughtfully keeping our guest count intimate, we kindly ask that children in attendance are able to comfortably enjoy a formal evening celebration.
Bend sits at ~3600 ft and is considered the High Desert. We encourage you to drink more water than you think you need. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
Uber and Lyft do run around the clock in Bend, but because it’s a smaller market, rides can sometimes take a little longer to show up late at night or early in the morning. If you know you’ll need a ride at an exact time, it’s a good idea to schedule it in advance.
YES! We kindly ask that you keep phones tucked away during the ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer, so we are happy to share photos upon receiving them ourselves. However, during the reception we encourage you to take as many pictures as your heart desires!
