The entrance for Mosaic Arts and Events is on the West side of the building, facing Main Avenue. Please be in your seats by 4:30 to allow the ceremony to start on time.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Our ceremony will be "unplugged." Please no use of cellphones or cameras during the ceremony.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
The ceremony and reception will be occurring in the same space. In order to allow vendors and family time to rearrange the room, guests will be asked to go to the bar and spend time in the atrium. If the weather allows, there will also be cocktail tables outside in the garden.
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Dinner will begin around 6pm. Starting at 9pm the music will be "adults only." We love your children and want them to celebrate with us, but starting at 9pm our DJ will be playing club music that may not be appropriate for them.
