Can I bring a date?

Answer

All save the dates and wedding invitations will be addressed to our guests accordingly. If your save the date and/or wedding invitation did not include the name of your plus one or state that you could bring a guest, then we kindly ask that you do not bring a date to accompany you to our wedding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We want our friends and family that are parents to be able to enjoy themselves freely throughout our wedding celebration. As much as we love everyone's little ones, we are kindly requesting that our ceremony and reception be an adults-only affair.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - Garden/Beach Semi-Formal Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, linen pants, short sleeve shirts, dressy sandals, and fun hats or fascinators.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We have created an RSVP link on our website that can be used at any time from now until our RSVP deadline. We will also be sending out formal invitations at a later date. When we do, please kindly RSVP by July 1st, 2022, via our website . If you know you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible!

Is a visa or passport required for travel?

Answer

Visas are not required from U.S. citizens. However, a valid U.S. passport is required. For citizens of other countries, please contact the airline you are traveling for information on entry / visa requirements.

What is included in the room booking price?

Answer

All meals, anytime snacks, and fine dining, unlimited premium liquors, access to private offshore island, free wi-fi, scuba diving (if certified)*, sailing, water skiing, snorkeling, land sports, airport and resort transfers**, all tips, gratuities, and hotel taxes. * Certification card and dive log required. ** Transportation to other neighboring Sandals (within the same town) are included.

What is not included in the room booking price?

Answer

Spa Treatments, optional tours, golf caddies (mandatory for golfers), medical assistance*, gift shop items, phone calls, scuba certification or refresher courses. * Sandals resident nurse's services are complimentary but there is a charge for medication and doctor's consultations should those be necessary.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Answer

Check-in is at 3:00PM. If you arrive prior to check-in, our helpful staff will safely secure your luggage and inform you when your room is ready. While waiting, you can freely enjoy the property's amenities, as your all-inclusive vacation has already begun! Check-out is at 11:00AM, so if your flight departs later, you can easily secure your luggage with us and still enjoy the amenities, like grabbing a bite to eat or sitting by the sea while you wait.

Do I need to bring an electrical adapter?

Answer

Don't worry about bringing an adapter - Sandals provide 110 volts outlets in every room so plugging your electrical items will not be a problem. Please note that hairdryers are provided in every room, so you may leave that out of your packing list.

Can I drink the water?

Answer

All Sandals resorts have water filtration plants on property, drinking the water in your room is perfectly safe. Bottled water is included in most rooms categories.

Should I get vaccinated before going? (non-COVID)

Answer

Vaccinations are not necessary to any of the Caribbean countries where Sandals resorts are located. However, we suggest that you speak to your doctor for more information.

Are there COVID requirements for travel to Jamaica?

Answer

AS OF APRIL 19TH 2022 THIS IS NO LONGR REQUIRED Along with an approved Travel Authorization form (see below FAQ for more info) prior to boarding a flight to Jamaica, ALL travelers ages 12 and up regardless of nationality, are required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 molecular (PCR, NAA, RNA) or Antigen test performed by an accredited lab for which the sample was collected within 3 days of the travel date. Know that we are well-equipped to accommodate on-island testing prior to your return flight, as well.

Travel Authorization Information:

AS OF MARCH 1, 2022 THIS IS NO LONGER REQUIRED. All persons travelling to Jamaica require a Travel Authorization document. A Travel Authorization is NOT required to book your flight. It is however a requirement for check-in and boarding and the airlines will not allow passengers to board without it. In order to obtain a Travel Authorization document, persons ordinarily resident in Jamaica (nationals as well as non-nationals resident by virtue of marriage, work permit, etc.) should apply at https://jamcovid19.moh.gov.jm/immigration.html and non-residents at https://travelauth.visitjamaica.com. Non-resident applications may be submitted anytime within the seven (7) day period before the intended date of travel.

Do I need to get a COVID-19 test before returning to the U.S. or Canada?

Answer

AS OOF JUNE 12TH 2022 THIS IS NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR THE USA. Please check Canadian regulations for those requirements.

When will the COVID-19 test be given on resort?

Answer

We provide U.S. citizens a complimentary COVID-19 antigen test within the required timeframe prior to departure to the U.S. Canadian citizens will be provided a PCR test within the required timeframe prior to departure to Canada. Test results will be e-mailed to you before departure. Re-entry tests are completely free and administered on-resort by medical professionals, to guarantee minimal I interruption to your vacation.

Question

What happens if I test positive while at the resort?

Answer

You'll have to self-isolate and delay your travel if symptoms develop or a pre-departure test result is positive until you have recovered from COVID-19. Airlines will refuse to board anyone who does not provide a negative test result for COVID-19 or documentation of recovery.
