Question

Precautions in light of the Revised (11/17/20) State Order

Answer

We have added additional precautions in compliance with Governor Dewine’s most recent state order on wedding receptions. They are as follows: All guests will remain seated throughout the evening. Masks will be required to be worn unless actively eating. No more than 10 will be seated to a table. Refreshments will be served to guests. There will not be a buffet/serving line.

Question

What precautions will be in place?

Answer

We do not take it lightly that you would consider joining us to celebrate during these times. Our desire is to host an evening that is considerate of the well being of you and your families. In light of this, our precautions are as follows: The ceremony and abbreviated reception will all be held in the same space. There will be assigned, reception-style seating. You will be escorted to a table, set up six feet away from other tables. No more than 10 people will be assigned per table. You will share a table either with those exclusively in your household OR exclusively within your closest circle. We will be using the traditional sectioning style of the grooms guests on one side of the room and the bride’s guests on the other side of the room. This is unto limiting the amount of people outside of your network within which you would share proximity.

Question

What do you mean by “Light Reception”?

Answer

One of our precautions is keeping our ceremony and reception combined within a two hour time frame. Unfortunately, this will not allow the adequate time needed to serve a proper dinner. However, it is our desire and plan to provide finger food and a celebratory dessert! The Order of events will be as follows: 4:00pET-4:30pET - Guests are Seated 4:30pET-5:00pET - Ceremony 5:00p-5:30pET - Pictures/Refreshments Served & Seated Interactive Games 5:30pET-6:30pET - First Dance, Father/Daughter, Mother/Son, Cake Cutting/Dismissal

Question

I have RSVPd to the livestream event. What’s next?

Answer

We completely understand that many will not be able to celebrate with us in person due to a variety of reasons! We are thankful for any way you choose to celebrate us! Here’s what you need to know about the Livestream option: We will NOT be using Zoom. We WILL be using a wedding streaming service called LoveCast. You do not need to create an account nor download an app. A link will be sent to you through text/email that will lead you our unique LoveCast website where the event will be streamed. Click the link at 4:30pm, it’s as simple as that! You can watch the livestream on your desktop or smartphone. We plan to live-stream the Ceremony 4:30p-5p. We will then resume the live stream at 5:30p for the dances (First Dance/Father/Mother) and Cake Ceremony

For all the days along the way
