It all started when Sheilla, while starting her freshman year at BYU-Idaho, got an interview at the PacSun where Jacob just so happened to be store manager. After what Sheilla remembers as about 6 interviews, or so, Jacob finally decided to hire her and the rest is history. Well, kinda… It only took a brief 9 years and a little more life experience for them to finally nail the timing. They say second time’s the charm! … Right??
