What room should I book? What is Excellence Club and Finest Club?

All of the suites at Finest are spacious, luxurious, and include a spa-like bathroom, private terrace and jaccuzi. To elevate your stay even more, the Finest Club for all ages and Excellence Club for adults offer access to members-only lounges and beach areas. - Excellence Club includes amenities like adults only pool and beach areas and an exclusive lounge and bistro, along with many upgraded suite amenities. Your room will be located in the adults only building, close to the beach. - Finest Club is similar to Excellence Club, but for families. If you are staying in Finest Club without children, you have all the access to all of the Excellence Club perks. - The non-club rooms are wonderful and include tons of amentities, access to almost all of the restaurant and bars. These are the most affordable options. Each room category has various options, such as pool view, ocean view, private pool, swim-up suite, rooftop pool. There is no wrong choice!

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your weekend off! We all know you deserve it.

How long should I stay?

Answer

We'll be at Finest from March 27-April 5. You're welcome to stay as long as you like. We recommend staying at least Friday through Monday.

What's the cancelation policy?

Finest offers full cancelations up to 24h before your arrival.

How do I get to the resort?

Answer

Round trip car service to the airport is included in your stay at Finest! Your confirmation email will include a link to schedule your car service with Seasons, their car service provider.

When should I book?

As soon as you know you'll be joining us, please book your room on the Finest website using our promo code. Please RSVP and book by January 29, 2022.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! Everyone (including US citizens) will need a passport to travel to Mexico.

Do I need Mexican pesos?

Answer

While you won't be needing much cash since Finest is all inclusive, the resort does accept USD and EUR. Even outside of the resort, taxi drivers, and most businesses in Cancun accept USD. If you do end up needing a few pesos, Finest has an ATM.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

April is one of the nicest months in Cancun. The humidity is low, rain is rare, and temperatures hover around 82F/27C.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The wedding day dress code is 'beach formal'. Dress to impress, but also dress for the climate. Anything you'd wear to a nice restaurant on a summer night is appropriate. Think linen pants, button downs, maxi dresses, and nice sandals.

What about all those other random things? Phone? Outlets?

Answer

The resort has Wifi throughout, so internet based chat apps like WhatsApp, iMessage, and FB Messenger will work. Most US cell providers automatically switch over once you're in Mexico. Check with them to be sure. Mexico uses the same outlets as the US.
