We hope that everyone will be vaccinated as we want to make this whole thing as safe and comfortable for everyone as possible. The current guideline in place at the hotel is that masks are optional for vaccinated guests but unvaccinated guests must wear masks. If you have chosen not to get vaccinated and are not comfortable wearing mask throughout the reception and other events, we'll miss celebrating with you but ask that you consider not attending as we really, really do not want to put any of our guests at unnecessary risk. This has been a difficult part of the puzzle and we greatly appreciate your understanding. It should also be noted that the Milk Market, an open space of bars and restaurants at the hotel requires vaccination proof to enter as of Aug 30. Our understanding is that most venues here will be doing the same in the near future.
We love your kids and wish we could have them all at the wedding. Because space was limited, we're not able to include kids for the ceremony or reception at this time. If this changes and we have more space available, we'll try to let people know ASAP. All the said, we would hate for this to deter you from being part of our celebration! We are also considering enlisting a couple babysitters who will stay with kiddos for a pizza party in a suite at The Maven. We're hoping to get a head count of who would be interested, so please reach out to Sheila or Ryan if this option sounds up your kids' alley!
We are hosting a Welcome Cocktail Party on Thursday from 5-7p at Poka Lola in The Maven Hotel. If you're able to make it to Denver on Thursday, we'd love to see you there!
As of right now, it is. But, good news! We also have rooms at the same rate at their sister hotel right across the street, The Rally. Dinner will be served family style, but I promise you'll have options :) If you have any dietary restrictions (i.e. are vegetarian or vegan) be sure to let us know ASAP as we'll have an alternative entree prepared for you.
If you're staying at The Maven, guests should check-in at the front desk (1850 Wazee Street), before self-parking in the Dairy Block Parking Garage. Guests will be given a voucher for an exclusive overnight parking rate of $30.
