The Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park towpath runs on both sides of the Delaware. It's fairly flat and well maintained for anyone looking for a leisurely hike or run over the weekend.
This vista provides a great view of Lambertville and the Delaware River and represents the midpoint of a 2-mile round trip hike just south of our venue.
Baldpate is the highest point in Mercer County, which isn't saying much. But it is a calm hike with a panoramic view and is a popular site for birdwatching. It's also close to Washington Crossing State Park, which you can visit in advance of the Semiquincentennial Anniversary of George Washington's crossing the Delaware River.

Reopening in December 2025, the museum has exhibits designed for kids from 12 months to 7 years.
Lambertville is known as the “Antiques Capital of New Jersey” (not that we’d know from personal experience!). Top places (allegedly) include A Touch of the Past and Golden Nugget Antique Flea Market. Lambertville is also home to several art galleries including A Mano Gallery, Artists’ Gallery, and Cross Pollination Gallery.
