When Should I RSVP?

Please RSVP no later than August 2nd, 2024.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 45 minutes to a half hour early. The ceremony is expected to start on time as indicated in your invitation.

Can I Bring A Date?

Answer

Although we would love to grant everyone a plus one, due to limited space we are unable to grant everyone a plus one. If you are allowed a plus one, this will be indicated on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely love your little ones, due to limited space we have decided to have no children at our wedding (This will be indicated on your invitation). We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time. We hope you can still celebrate with us!

Is The Venue Wheelchair Friendly?

Answer

Yes! Kings Mills is wheelchair accessible throughout the entire venue.

Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Since our wedding is rainbow themed please wear or bring something rainbow to show off some PRIDE!

What Are The COVID Protocols?

Answer

The bride's are leaving COVID protocols up to the individual's discretion. The bride's request that if you, or someone you have been in close contact with have COVID symptoms within 24 hours of the wedding, we ask that you kindly do not attend. Our priority is to keep all our guests safe and healthy, especially our most health vulnerable guests.

Will The Ceremony And Reception Be Indoors Or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and reception will be indoors.

Where Should We Park? Is Parking Free?

Answer

Parking is free! Our venue has its own parking lot which is reserved for all guests.

What Kind Of Food Will Be Served At The Reception?

Answer

We have a variety of foods that will be served at our reception. We will have a pasta, chicken, beef, and fish entrée.

May I Take A Centerpiece Home As A Souvenir?

Answer

Absolutely! Please feel free to take the centerpieces home at the end of the night, EXCEPT THE LANTERN'S THAT IS KINGS MILLS PROPERTY!

Can I Take And Post Pictures Of The Wedding On Social Media?

Answer

Yes! We encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #shefoundherdiamondintheRohlff so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Where Will The After Party Be? Will There Be Food?

Answer

The bride's welcome their guests to join them to continue celebrations at The Townhouse that’s 9 minutes down the road from Kings Mills. It’s a cash bar and you’re able to grab some quick bites if you’d like. The after party unfortunately had to be moved here and will no longer be at the hotel. The Bride’s apologize for the inconvenience.

Do You Have A Wedding Registry?

Answer

We are so excited to have you join our special day and your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. However, if we are to be honored with a present from you, a monetary gift towards our future would be very much appreciated. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
