In order to get the block rate please use the link below. The last day to book and get the discount room block rate is 03/04/25. There will be a shuttle available between the venue and the hotel on Saturday 4/5/25.

Please aim to arrive by 3pm to allow plenty of time for parking and seating.
We ask that you wear semi-formal attire. such as a cocktail-length dress, a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates for women, and a suit and tie for men. Of note, the ceremony will be outside and the reception indoors. So we encourage bringing weather appropriate clothes and shoes (shoes appropriate for grass) for the indoors and outdoors.

Free shuttles will be available to and from the Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel (see the travel tab for further information on how to book with the discounted rate!) to and from the Toledo Country Club.
Yes! Both the Wedding ceremony and reception will be at the Toledo Country Club.
We will also be hosting a Welcome Dinner on Friday April 4, 2025 at 6pm at the Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel. Please see the Schedule and Travel tabs for more information.
In the case of rain, we will have a tent for the ceremony. The reception will continue inside the Toledo Country Club.
