Iowa Aviation Museum
The Iowa Aviation Museum is located at the Greenfield Municipal Airport in Greenfield, Iowa, and is dedicated to preserving Iowa's aviation heritage. The Iowa Aviation Hall of Fame, located at the museum, honors Iowans who have contributed significantly to the growth of aviation.
Danish Windmill
The historic Danish Windmill is a working example of life in an earlier time when farmers brought their harvest to the mill and wind energy was used to grind grain into flour. It provides a rare glimpse into the past when thousands of windmills were scattered about the Denmark countryside.
Lake Anita State Park
Lake Anita State Park is one of Iowa’s newer parks, constructed in the 1960s as a popular outdoor recreation destination in southwest Iowa. The centerpiece of the 1,062-acre park is a beautiful 171-acre artificial lake offering expansive fishing and boating opportunities.
Guthrie County Historical Village & Museum
The Village is located on the south side of Panora, the oldest community established in Guthrie County in 1851. Panora, located in eastern Guthrie County, sits along the old Panora Speedway (now Highway 44), the Western Skies Scenic Byway (P28/Wagon Road and Highway 44), and the old Milwaukee Railway which is now the Raccoon River Valley Recreational Trail.
