We are looking to have all RSVPs completed by April 10, 2025 the latest. There is only one way to RSVP, by returning the RSVP card to us directly.
If we do not receive your RSVP back by March 10, 2025 you will be marked as “not attending”. This is because we have to provide an accurate guest count to all our vendors within a timely manner.
We will be having an UNPLUGGED ceremony. Which means you are not to take pictures during the ceremony, our photographer will be providing us with all the pictures which we will share with all our guests. You are welcome to take pictures during cocktail hour, and the reception.
As much as we love your little ones, we are following a no kid policy! Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
Yes, we will be providing transportation from the hotel to the venue, and back. Please check back for drop off and pick up times and locations. We will also include a shuttle schedule in your hotel bag that you will receive when you check in.
Pending the weather, the ceremony will be held outside on a large patio. If the weather does not cooperate, the ceremony will be moved indoors. The cocktail hour will be held inside or outside depending on the weather. The reception will be indoors.
Please arrive no later than 4:00pm. We are starting at 4:30pm sharp! If you arrive after 4:30pm, you will not be able to enter the ceremony space. Please allow ample time for traffic!
We are requesting all guests follow a semi-formal outfit. Please do not wear jeans, or colors that are reserved for the bride/ white, ivory, cream.
Yes of course! However, please bring money to tip the bartenders, if you could be so kind!
