We met while working together at Gilson's in Wilmette. Sheena became Dan's boss and soon they were commuting together and working 12 hour shifts — serving up some great dishes and large wine pours for the lovely folks of the North Shore.

During a recent trip to Europe, Dan proposed in Menaggio, Italy — in between their Switzerland and Israel adventures. They spent a lot of their time in Tel Aviv planning for the big day and mentally preparing for their cross-country move to Arizona.
