There is no metro stop at the MGM or National Harbor.

Shuttle

Answer

Harborside Hotel offers a free shuttle to/from the MGM and runs approximately every 15-20 min. The MGM does NOT have any shuttles, however, there is a bus operated by the National Harbor called the National Harbor Circulator. It runs from 11 AM to 4 AM daily, between various points in National Harbor, the MGM Casino, and the Tanger Outlets.
