Selwyn Avenue Pub $$
Our favorite Irish Pub. Good bar food and good vibes. Inside is small so it's mainly an outside bar. Oh and it's right down the street from the church if y'all get thirsty.
Tyber Creek Pub
Another favorite on our Irish pub list. Classic place to get a Guiness, which you can enjoy inside or on their big patio area.
Monday Night Brewing - Garden Co. $$
Good drinks, good atmosphere, and live music. Biiig outdoor space. We frequent this place quite a bit. Oh and you can walk to Small Bar across the street if you need a dive bar fix.
The Workman’s Friend $$
Ah yes, another Irish pub. Great atmosphere, good drinks. They do make a good espresso martini.
Charlotte Beer Garden $$
Really cool 3 story bar with a huge selection of beer. Whether you want to sit inside, in the courtyard, or on the rooftop, there's plenty of places you can sit and look at the giant tree in the middle of this place.
DTR Dilworth $$
Great spot for cocktails and small bites. Really cute place with a moody atmosphere.
Merchant and Trade $$$
Fancy rooftop bar in Uptown (which is what we call downtown..idk). Great spot for taking pics with a nice view.
Moosehead Grill $$
Our favorite wings in Charlotte. Small, old school kind of place.
Barcelona Wine Bar $$$
A classic spot with delicious tapas and wine.
Catalina Kitchen and Bar $$
New place for us, but high up on the list. Great service, good food, and lovely atmosphere. Fun fact: It's part of Ditka's Resturant Group.
Mama Ricotta's
Classic old school Italian spot. I go there specifically for the Goat cheese and Mascarpone dip.
300 East $$
One of my favorite brunch spots. Super cute old house turned resturant.
The Crunkleton $$$
Great food and drinks. I specifically love their brunch.
Inizio Pizza Napoletana Dilworth $$
Cute little pizza spot. Specialty type pizza (I refuse to recommend normal pizza places in Charlotte). Believe it or not, the pistachio pizza is a must try.
STK Steakhouse $$$$
Very cool spot with delicious food.
La Belle Helene $$$
Fancy French resturant with beautiful decor.
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar $$$$
Notable steakhouse in Charlotte.
Yamazaru Sushi & Sake $$
If you need a sushi fix, this is the spot. Small place, but really fresh and yummy food.
Yunta $$$
Unique cuisine, nice atmosphere, and delicious flavors.
Crowders Mountain State Park
If you want to explore outside, this is a lovely hike just 40 minutes outside of Charlotte.
Optimist Hall
Fun little spot to try different local vendors.
Camp North End
Fun spot for activities, drinking, and eating. Multiple vendors.
Whitewater center
Fun spot for live music, outdoor activities, and drinks.
Not Just Coffee
Cute coffee spot with good coffee (like I hope so, right? lol)
Summit Coffee
Cute coffe shop, which you'll need because we have ourselves a big weekend ahead.
