What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal Country Club Attire We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal country club attire with a European garden–inspired feel. Think polished, romantic, and effortless looks suited for an outdoor garden and clubhouse setting. For women: cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits in elegant fabrics. Elevated heels, wedges, or dressy flats are encouraged. For men: suits or sport coats with dress pants, button-down shirts, and dress shoes. Ties are welcome but not required. Please note that portions of the celebration will take place on grass, so guests may wish to choose footwear accordingly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

While there is no group transportation, Winchester Country Club is easily accessible by Uber or Lyft. We recommend using a rideshare service so you can relax and enjoy the evening without worrying about driving or parking!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception and what time should I arrive?
Answer
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Winchester Country Club. There is a small parking lot at the front of the venue, with additional parking available in the rear. Venue staff will be onsite to direct you to the appropriate parking area, and courtesy golf cart shuttles will be running throughout the afternoon to help guests get to the entrance comfortably. The doors will open at 3:30 PM to allow plenty of time for traffic, parking, and getting settled ahead of the 4:00 PM ceremony.

We love your children, and while our wedding will be mostly an adults’ celebration, there will be a few exceptions. We appreciate your understanding!
