We love that you want to share our day with someone special! However, due to space and planning limitations, we’re only able to accommodate guests as listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name or “and guest” will appear on the envelope. If not, we kindly ask that you join us solo and help us keep our guest list balanced and intentional. Thank you so much for understanding!
Your comfort, enjoyment and safety are important to us! If you have any food allergies or dietary needs, please let us know when you RSVP so we can work with our caterer to accommodate you. We want everyone to have something delicious to enjoy on our big day!
We kindly ask guests to arrive 15–30 minutes (3:30-3:45) before the ceremony begins so you can park, find your seat, and get settled before the big moment. We’ll be starting right on time, and we don’t want you to miss a single second!
Our ceremony is planned to be outdoors, and should last around 30 minutes. Since it’s early October in Maine, we recommend bringing a layer or two, fall weather can be crisp! After the ceremony, we’ll head inside for dinner and the reception. If the weather isn’t on our side, we’ll move the ceremony indoors and post an announcement here on our wedding website the day before so everyone knows what to expect.
We’re asking for semi-formal attire, something a step above business casual, but not black tie. Dress up, but stay comfortable! Since we’re planning an outdoor ceremony in early October, bring a layer so you can stay warm and enjoy the moment. We’ll be on uneven ground for the ceremony, so please keep footwear in mind and choose something you’ll feel comfortable walking in outside.
You can RSVP right here on our wedding website, just click the RSVP tab, enter your name as it appears on your invitation, and let us know whether you’ll be joining us. Please submit your response by Sunday, August 30th, 2026 so we can plan accordingly. If your plans change after you’ve RSVP’d, please reach out to us directly as soon as possible and we’ll be able to update your response.
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, so no additional travel is needed throughout the day. On-site parking is available for all guests, making arrival and departure easy and convenient. We’ll have signs and helpers to point you in the right direction when you arrive!
We’ll be serving a BBQ buffet from Jeff’s Catering for dinner, come hungry! Desserts will be provided by Sugar Ray Baking Company, so save room for something sweet. We’ll also have a cash bar offering drinks following the ceremony and throughout the night. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to let us know when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate you. Cheers to good food, great company, and a fun celebration!
