How does COVID-19 affect the wedding?

Answer

At this time, we are moving forward with the wedding and have precautions in place to keep our family and friends safe on our special day. We will continue to keep everyone up-to-date, as the situation progresses. If you have any questions about specific precautions, please feel free to reach out!

Will masks be required?

Answer

Staff and vendors are required to wear masks and gloves while serving food. Masks will be provided for guests upon entry to the venue. When social distancing is not practical, such as when using the restroom, masks are recommended. Seating for the ceremony and reception were planned with social distancing in mind.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Wednesday, September 16th.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail/Formal attire requested, but any party attire with do! :)

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

All parking is on-site, and complementary valet will be provided for all guests.

Is there transportation provided to go to and from the hotel and venue?

Answer

There currently is not transportation being provided, so please plan to Uber/Lyft. The Residence Inn is approximately 3.5 miles from the venue and an Uber would cost approximately $6.00.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know if there are special accommodations needed so we can work the caterer to ensure your safety.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Seating for the ceremony will begin at 5:30PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00PM, with cocktail hour, and reception to follow!

Where is the wedding venue?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Planterra Conservatory located at 7315 Drake Rd, West Bloomfield Township, MI.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
