FAQs

Please reach out to one of us if you have any remaining questions.
Question

How do you pronounce Nick's last name?

Answer

luh-FEE-ver (Ideally it's just Megan's side asking this question, but no judgement)

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy-casual is fine! For women, this could be: dresses, skirts, blouses, slacks, jumpsuits, button-down shirts, etc For men, this could be: slacks, dress shirts, blazers, khakis, polos

Question

What kind of weather should I expect?

Answer

To be entirely honest, the mountain weather is always a little unpredictable. Typically, the weather in June is pretty pleasant with temperatures in the 70s-80s. There's always a chance for showers but these usually pass pretty quickly.

Question

Where are the ceremony/reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the Inn at Tranquility Farm in Waynesville NC.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the covered terrace where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Yes, parking is free! There will be staff directing you on where to park around the Inn as you arrive.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Please RSVP with how many children will be attending from your party.

Question

Is there a vegan/vegetarian option available?

Answer

If you are vegan/vegetarian, please let us know ahead of time so we can coordinate specialized plates to be made.

Question

Can I post photos of the wedding on social media?

Answer

While we do ask for an "unplugged ceremony" (i.e. please let our photographer do the photos), we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #shecaughtlefevre so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
