4:30 pm - Main entry doors to the lodge will open and seating will begin on the Main Floor Balcony 5:00 pm - Wedding Ceremony 5:30 pm - Drinks/Appetizers will be served in the Main Floor Great Room 6:30 pm - Dinner and Reception in the lodge Grand Room 10:00 pm - Guests depart (Shuttle service will be offered to and from Best Western Heber City hotel)
