FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline was April 1st. The RSVPs are now closed as we have already submitted our final numbers to our venue and caterer. Anyone that was unable to submit a response will not be able to join us on our special day.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you have already RSVP’d “Attending,” but find that you will not make it, please notify Becca or Evan as soon as you are aware.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3 pm. Please arrive at the church by 2:45 pm. Any guests that arrive late will not be allowed in and will have to wait until the ceremony is complete before entering the church. This ensure that you have time to find your seat and get acquainted with those around you.

Question

What time is the reception?

Answer

The reception doors will open at 6pm. If any guests arrive earlier, feel free to mingle at the main floor bar until the reception opens! Please note that any drinks consumed on the main floor are not part of the wedding reception.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to the size of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to “(Your Name) & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of those in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony (no phones or cameras.) The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do.” There will be an announcement before the ceremony to ensure all phones are silenced and put away. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Question

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We would appreciate if all photos and videos were not shared until the day after the wedding. We hope everyone will be present and too busy enjoying the day to post anything!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal/cocktail dress code for the evening. The wedding party will be wearing shades of blue, but you can wear whatever color you would like. Please do not wear white!

Question

I have a food allergy or religious restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely - reach out to Becca with any dietary-related concerns or requests. We will try our hardest to accommodate everyone!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered at Target, Amazon, and Crate & Barrel. For your convenience, we have linked all of our registries in the tab above.

Question

Any other questions?

Answer

If you have any other questions that are not listed here, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom!
