What is the time zone difference?

Answer

Jamaica operates on Eastern Standard Time year round and does not observe daylight savings time. Due to traveling during daylight savings time , Jamaica will be one hour behind. (i.e. if 2:00 pm in US , in Jamaica it will be 1:00 pm)

What airport is near Montego Bay?

Answer

The nearest airport is Sangster International Airport. (Airport Code: MBJ) The airport is main airport located just a few miles from Montego Bay making it a short trip to your resort.

Are there any travel recommendations?

Answer

The Belt Way Travel has quoted packages based upon rates in Jamaica for the wedding weekend from October 1- 5, 2026. You may book through travel advisor, Kirsten Belton. Any special requests or arrangements you may contact the agency. These travel accommodations are optional.

What time does the wedding start?

Answer

The wedding will start promptly at 5pm EST. Guest may arrive beginning at 4:30 PM EST

What should I wear?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be taking place outside. Please refrain from wearing white as the dress code is beach attire. Please refer back to the "look book" tab in the website for inspiration.

Can I make installments towards my trip?

Answer

Yes, travel installments are available through the travel advisor.

Will I be able to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking ALL guest to respect our wishes to have unplugged ceremony. We will have professional photographers that will capture the moment. We will share ceremony photos at a later date. You may take pictures during the reception.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love our little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult-only wedding event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

What should I do if I can’t make it ?

Answer

You will be missed ! If you can not make the wedding, please let us know as soon s possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.
