We kindly request COVID-19 testing 48-72 hours before traveling to Austin, Texas.
Each guest will be temperature-checked through a touch-free infrared thermal display when entering the hotel. Guests confirmed to have a temperature over 100.4ºF will be directed to a designated private cool-down room for up to 10 minutes, where they will once again receive a touch-free thermal temperature scan. Should their temperature remain above the CDC recommended limit, they will not be allowed to remain in the hotel and will be asked to return home to seek proper medical advice.
Guests are required to wear a mask in all areas of the hotel and on the hotel grounds. Sanitizer stations will be provided throughout the ceremony/reception.
Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place outdoors.
We will be live-streaming the ceremony for loved ones who cannot attend. Zoom information will be sent out closer to the wedding date.
