We would love for our friends and family to join us in elegant formal black attire. Ladies: Please wear a long black formal dress (this does not need to be a gown but please no short dresses) Gentlemen: Please wear a black suit with a black or white button-up shirt. A suit jacket is preferred, but not required.
This is the only hotel in Florence, so please book as soon as possible. A shuttle will run between the hotel and the venue, and after the wedding it will also pick up guests from the Irish Cowboy for the after-party. Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the wedding venue. If you’re staying at the hotel, a shuttle will be provided to take you to and from the venue.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the cocktail hour area will be shaded. The reception will take place indoors.
YES! We encourage you to enjoy the free drinks! But please tip the bartenders.

Florence is a very small town, so please note that ride-share services (Uber, Lyft, taxis, etc.) are not readily available. We highly recommend staying at the GreenTree Inn if you plan to enjoy the open bar. A shuttle will be available to take you to and from the venue.
