Why is this just a reception?

Answer

Our ceremony was held on 6/16/26. We wanted to keep the ceremony small and intimate so few close friends and family were invited so we could really focus on each other, but we still want to celebrate the start of our new life together with all of you! We hope this unique experience is still just as amazing for you all as it is for us.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We truly love the little ones! However, due to limited guest capacity on Paradise Cruises, we are asking to keep the little ones at home. Think of it as an opportunity to have a very fun date night on a boat!

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

Due to limited guest capacity on Paradise Cruises, we are asking that only the people named on the invite attend our reception.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP through our website or the QR code on your invite by May 1st, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

The boat will be departing at 4pm, so we recommend to be at the port no later than 3:15pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We are asking our guests to dress in semi-formal/ cocktail. We’re thinking dress pants and shirt for men and skirt/dresses or pant suit for women. No shorts please. The reception is on a boat, but there are many climate control aspects to the vessel to ensure comfort!

How long will we be on the boat?

Answer

The boat is departing from the dock at 4pm and will not return to the dock until about 5-10 mins before 9pm.

Here is a helpful link to help you arrive to the port and find parking: http://www.twincitiescruises.com/directions-minnetonka Arrive by 3:15 there is a parking ramp and that is no charge. There is also parking on the other side of Water Street, it’s more limited so first come first serve. Also, can park on the streets and that is metered. Once your guests arrive have them walk down to the dock area and hang out and the little pavilion area. They will start boarding you 15 minutes prior to your take off time.
