Ceremony parking: Church of the Ascension has complimentary parking available at the following locations: - Parking lot on North Neville St. - Oakland Catholic School Parking lot. Enter from Craig Street, which is one block west of the church. The gate at the entrance to the lot will open automatically when your car approaches the line. - Street parking – no restrictions Reception Parking: - The Hilton Garden Inn offers parking at the following rates: $20/event, or $35 for overnight parking. Entrance ramp is located on McKee Place, next to the main entrance of the hotel. - A public parking garage is located 2 blocks from the hotel (Forbes Semple Garage). Ride-Sharing: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.
Travel Note
Guests flying into Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) can use the 28X Airport Flyer to get to North Oakland, where the ceremony and reception are located. The bus stops along Forbes Avenue are within walking distance of both the Church of the Ascension and the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh University Place.
